Your one-of-a-kind ancient Roman Pugio dagger may be the perfect accessory to your gladiator mandals at home, but don’t show up with it at the Masquerade and discover you can’t bring it in. Guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry. You can help keep the lines moving quickly by leaving large bags at home.

- Disability Access & Accommodations
Masquerade Motel is open to ALL music lovers! For info on special-needs access & accommodations, visit the box office or Accessibility Booth just inside the special ADA entrance to be shown to the special accessible platform to make your views stellar.
- Age limits
The festival is 21+ only. Anyone under the age of 21 will be stopped at the door and refused entry. Tickets will not be refunded. A valid ID is needed to enter the festival. If we cannot verify your age, you will not be allowed into the festival. You’re forewarned!
- Safety & Medical
We make every effort to create a safe environment on the festival grounds, including public and private security and medical staff. If you need any assistance, seek out the medical tent, or look for a peace officer or festival staff member.
Also, it can get hot in during the summer and heatstroke is not cool. Drink lots of water. Look for free water fountains throughout the park. Wear sunscreen. Red and crispy is so two years ago.
- Lost & Found
During the Festival, return found items or look for lost items at the Information/Lost & Found booths. After the Festival, you can inquire about lost items here. Valuables will be held for 30 days and then donated to a local charity. C3 Presents will not be held liable for any unclaimed items.

Standard Mail
If you chose standard mail, your tickets will be shipped within two weeks of your order. Closer to the performance date we ship tickets faster. If you do not receive your tickets within 48 hours of the performance, please contact Wantickets at support@wantickets.com.Express Mail
You will receive a notification once your order has shipped from Wantickets. You will be able to track your order on the express mail provider’s website. If your tickets have not arrived after three business days and you are unable to locate them via the tracking number, please contact support@wantickets.com.Will Call
All tickets purchased within 14 days of the performance are automatically held at will call. Customers can pick up their tickets the day of the show and MUST bring a photo ID and credit card that match the information on the ticket order. - I opted to pick my tickets up at the wantickets.com store and forgot. Where is it located and what are the hours?
Located at The Shelborne hotel at 1801 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, FL 33139.

Noon – 8pm daily. - I opted to pick my tickets up at the wantickets.com store and forgot. Can I pick them up at the venue instead?
Of course! Just head on down to the box office at the site and show your photo ID and credit card.
- When is the Box Office at the park open? Where is it located?

The Box Office is located by the main entrance near the drop-off points for the shuttles and the cabs. - Am I allowed to exit and re-enter the show?
Ticketholders are not allowed to enter and exit the show. Once in, they must remain in the gates.
- I need to change my order. What do I do?
Refunds, exchanges, address and name changes are not allowed after a ticket is purchased. If you have additional questions about your order, please email support@wantickets.com.
- Someone stole my tickets/they were lost in the mail. Help!
Please have a police report issued and contact support@wantickets.com in advance of the performance to speak to a customer care agent. All stolen tickets require the original purchaser to pick up the tickets at festival will call. There are no exceptions to this policy. Tickets will not be re-mailed.
- I don’t see any per ticket service charges, only shipping fees – what’s up with that?
No Service Charges on the General Admission tickets. No Lie. Table service does have a service fee though.
- There’s a really great deal on Craigslist. Should I buy a ticket from there?
Every year thousands of our loving fans think that buying a ticket via Craigslist, eBay, or any broker site will save them some cash and allow them to access the shows. Unfortunately, many of these tickets are either already used or are counterfeits. (One scan invalidates them, but the tickets aren’t torn – so they may look perfect but in fact, are not.)
Please don’t make us stop you at the gate and send you to the infamous “trouble” table to examine the ticket, notice it’s not yours, and turn you away, sobbing down Miami Beach. It’s unbecoming and although we’d love to just let you in, you didn’t buy it from us and therefore, we cannot validate your story. If you want 100% confidence that you’ll be cool, visit www.masquerademotel.com to purchase your tickets every single time.
- I really want to read your legalese. Where is it?

Ticket is for Masquerade Motel Miami, not for a specific artist. Artists and schedule subject to change without notice. Artist cancellation is not grounds for refund. The ticket is a revocable license for the time/date listed on the ticket.
“Management” means C3 Presents, LLC, and their affiliates. Management reserves the right without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venue, local, state or federal law or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by Management. Persons entering the facility are subject to search for contraband. Ticket user bears all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during or after the event. Ticket user bears all risks, including cancellation of the event and of inclement weather. The resale or attempted resale of the ticket is prohibited and if discovered will result in the ticket being voided without refund. The ticket may not be used for advertising promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of Management. Ticket user contests to Management’s use of their image or likeness incidental to any video display, transmission, or recording of the event.
- I have a question that is not on this page. What now?
